With masonry refurbishment and restoration at its core, Permanens developed over the past fifteen years as a main contractor, providing and managing a complete package of property refurbishment, restoration and  maintenance including Façade cleaning, stone and masonry restoration and repair; concrete and structural repairs, redecoration works; tiling, slate, lead and asphalt roofing works; plumbing and joinery works. 

With both general construction and specialist expertise within the business, Permanens has also successfully delivered a number of property extension projects and internal refurbishment projects, diversifying its’ offering in support our clients’ requirements.

Every project is overseen by our highly trained and qualified management team to ensure it runs smoothly, efficiently and that the clients’ requirements are fully delivered. 

Our team has a specialised knowledge of the various trades involved in building refurbishment, restoration & maintenance, managing and co-ordinating our own operatives and partnered sub-contract trades directly for projects throughout the South East of England
